Hello, I’m Luba
I’m a psychologist, researcher, and educator dedicated to fostering individual and organizational growth. My work centers on promoting reflective practice, a culture of inquiry, and equitable learning processes.
Through my consulting business, Reframe Evaluation, I help mission-driven organizations use data to tell compelling stories about their impact and drive meaningful change. I also teach courses for educators in the Leading Transformative Mental Health in Schools Program at William James College.
My entire career has been in education and nonprofit spaces. All my work has focused on improving the environments that support children and the adults in their lives. I’ve been a school counselor, camp counselor, literacy counselor, program manager, evaluation director, facilitator, and museum education specialist.
I’ve worked in out-of-school time and early childhood education programs, the juvenile justice system, schools, hospitals, community health centers, higher education, municipal governments, and summer camps.
My writing has been published in academic, creative nonfiction, and mainstream outlets, exploring themes of parenting, mental health, and self-discovery. I love cookbooks, libraries, and being by the ocean.
